    hello every one

    I m in the UK with an EEA FAMILY PERMIT , as being a NON EEA national , i wanna change my Oversea Driving Licence here in UK but I ignor totally the procedure i need to do that !

    Would be happy if someone has some info to provide me with ,

    thanks a lot for answer i ll try to have a look for the link hoping to find solution , my oversea driving licence is issued in Africa
