If anyone could give me any advice, I would appreciate it.

We applied for EEA1 and EEA2 together this beginning of March and awaiting a result. But we are planning to go abroad for my familie's wedding party middle of June. So, I am thinking I have to ask Home Office to return our passports, but problem is my Family Permit Visa will be expired before end of May.

So, even though I get my passport, because of my expired visa, is it too risky to get into the UK?

I don't want to be stamped visitor visa because I am working a full time.

Also, if I decided to ask them, sending a letter by Fax is much effective than by Post?

At the moment, I am not sure what I have to do. I might had better just wait a result.

But, if anynoe have similar experience or any advice, please le me know.
