    guys,

Thanks for the information you have been sharing on this forum i think its very helpful.
I know this topic has been spoken about lot of times on this forum and i have gone through most of the discussion on this topic. I have a fair idea on the EEA family permit.
I am a non EEA spouse appllying for a EEA family permit. Me and my spouse were working in UK for the past 2 years. We left our jobs and came to India got married and now we want to go back to the UK. My work permit has expired so I have put an application for EEA family permit.
The only thing I am worried about is that both of us are unempolyed for the past 3 months and I have showed as both of us are unemployed in the application. However we have submitted both of our payslips dated 3 months back from UK and alos P60. I have also submitted her workers registration certficate from UK and some savings proof fro the indian bank account.
In terms of accomodation I have just mentioned that we will stay at a firnds place as we know lot of people since were there for 2 years.
I am a liitle worried about the unemployement part do you think that could be a big factor for the application to get rejected??

    hi

hi soory i am bit confussed here did you wife register herself for wrs before she got a job or inbetween? did she completed full 12 months in wrs?

regarding unemployment dont think it will be a big matter. you can find employment anytime so if you find employment or your wife now or later just send home office your papers of job.

    best of luck

Hm, then she should be free or restrictions now, although I am not sure how much absence is allowed without breaking continuity.

I think that is pretty normal. If you have been in the UK before, the application is forwarded to the UK, because obviously they will have your records. And this is not a fast bureaucracy, so it could take some time.

If you are seriously inconvenienced by the delay, you may be able to sue the Home Office and claim damages, but that is not an easy thing to do.
