✎ EN Advice needed for pr recident

    hi me and my EEA wife about to apply for pr. She been her more then 5 years we been married nearly 6 years I'm holding resident close to 5 years .but about her work history evidence she haven't got altos. Few payslip 2005 p60 2003 p60 2004 and current job later payslip. And I got all my evidence .what we can do to prove all her work history ???? Note most of works was part times .thank you

    You should not worry too much. There are a number of options, from employed over studying to being self sufficient. So if you have/had a reasonable amount of money in the back, you can both apply as self sufficient. Bank statements would be sufficient to prove this.

    And if you have been working most of the time, and she was working only partially, you can still both apply as employed (as far as I understand). P60s are the usual way of demonstrating employment, but payslips are also find.

    In the end, the exact category is of little importance, as long as you have enough money to look after yourself.

    thanks top tom for your reply. so even letter from employer confirming she worked in passed in such job should fine as well? thanks

    hi tom just wanna clarify that's my EEA national wife if she been working few month each year during the 5 past years its not gonna be problem for me to apply for pr resident ?? Thanks mate

    hi tom just spoke to advice line and she said my EEA national wife she must had been working for last 5 years continusly . Just no big gap between each job she had. Do you know how long must not be the gap for?? Some times take while to find job if you know what I mean .thanks tom
