    Hello everyone :)

I'd appreciate if anyone could provide me with an information regarding citizenship of UK born child. Here's my situation. Am EU citizen and my husband is not, our child was born in Uk and at the time of his birth we were not settled in the UK (I mean we were not living here for five years). So my question is: Can I register my child as UK citizen once I receive my permanent residency under section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act 1981?

    Thanx
