    Please can anyone help,
    Can someone with visiting visa apply here to join his wife under European law using form EEA1 and EEA2.I am an E.U.Member and my husband is from Africa.

    yes you can apply for EEA1 AND EEA2 FOR YOU hasband.make show to put all a support document (marry certificat,bill,bank stement,paid silp,doctor card.
    for who long have you been work in uk? if you work or self employement?
    is very important for APPICATION EEA2 for you hasband

    But i am a PhD student here and getting full funding and stipend, so financially independent. As I know eea2 form has got section for student. Is it for ALL EU students or A8 countries left behind and ONLY working people registered under Working Registration Scheme eligible to stay in UK with their non EU husbands/wifes...?( because i am from slovakia)

    Looking forward to hearing any advice
