Good Day to all of you,

My boyfriend invite me to go to his place which is Austria so I apply for a tourist visa here in my place in Cebu, Philippines because we a have Consulate of Austria here so when I apply and wait for about 2 months they sent me a letter that my visa got rejected because of their new law which is Foreign Police Act 2005 ( Auslandspolizeigesetz) Article 21/5/3 (Abs 21 5 Z 3) wherein it said that, There is a reason to believe that my stay would lead to a financial burden of one of the regional administrative bodies.)

Before that rejection happened, they ask me to make a concluding statement with regards to the said article, so I made a concluding statement and I said that I would not be a financial burden to one of the regional administrative region because my boyfriend have enough money to support me during my stay.

So after one week of waiting I got a letter from them ( Embassy of Austrian in Manila) said my visa got rejected because the said law is not load-bearing.

Can anyone give me an advise on this matter, I really need some advises on what to do because I really don't understand what that means.. please please please
