Hi there!

Me (Non EU member) and my hasband (Polish) applied EEA1 and EEA2 this January, but a month later we recieved a call from Home Office saying that before EEA1, my hasband has to inform WRS tema and renew his Registration Card. Actually, he registerd WRS Nobemver 2006 and had worked over 12 months without break till this January, but last May, he chaged job and he didn't know that he had to renew his WRS.

My question is what we should do next?
If he apply WRS and renew now, they count he worked over 12 months and can I apply EEA2 straight away?

Or If they said they can't count he had worked 12 month, do I have to apply FMRS?

One more my concern is my hasband left this company this January.

Anynoe who knows these imformation, please help me.
