I have recently visited my boyfriend in Morocco and I am going back in October. We are getting engaged while I am there.

Could anyone tell me if I have to apply for a fiance visa in the UK for him to come over and for us to get married or does he have to apply for a visa in Morocco?

I would be greatful for any feedback as I am really stuck here.

Do we have to get married within the six months of him coming over or we just have to show that it is booked.
