    Hello,

    I want to get married to a Pakistani man here in the UK but he has over stayed his visa and now we don't know what to do?

    Can anyone advise us please?

    If you are a UK citizen, that is going to be difficult. From the end of February, over-stayers will automatically be blacklisted for a year.

    Did he already get a CoA? I would expect that to be next to impossible without a valid visa.

    What is a COA?? Will it be hard for him to leave the country? Will he need to leave the country if we got married? I live, work, pay my taxes etc all legally in the UK!

    Really appreciate all the advice you can give!

    spouse visa info please

    hi
    my name is sabreena.
    i am a british born. i am in love with a pakistani guy. i know him for 10years . i met him when i used to live in pakistan. then 2 years ago i moved back to london. then last year he came to london on a student visa. i did court marriage with him on 30th june 2011 in london. we got the marriage certifcate too. his visa is expiring next month (october 16th 2011) and i want him to stay in london. i want him to get a spouse visa.
    What is the procedure?
