A marriage was been held 4 years ago between a Eu and non Eu national. We have been living in he uk for a bit less than a year. we are planning to divorce. Would any body please let me know what documents are needed to retain the right of residence under uk law? Also, we had to be living in the uk for one year, how does this year calculated? from first time a 6 month visa was issued or from first entry to uk or from when?the marriage was held in the EU state and not in the UK.
Would any body help please?

as I am not living in UK, but I have Registration Certificate.
I would like to ask, whom and where I should inform (as home office or something like this) that I am not living in the UK. Can I do that in UK Embassy?
