✎ EN Regarding Baby Citizenship

    Hi Friends
    I need suggestion I went to UK on 2001 Work Permit as software engineer after two years I got married then my wife got pregnant she gave born a baby. Both Mother and father are Indians. I got my son UK Date of Birth Certificate and he got Indian passport at Indian embassy at UK. On Indian passport place of Birth is London and Country is UK. After 3 months we went back to India. Now we are at US.
    Is it my son eligible apply for UK citizenship. If he is eligible then When can I apply for My son UK citizenship or UK passport.

    Please any body help me on this

    Your son has both parents who are neither British nor permanent residents in the UK... so, unfortunately he is NOT elegible for British Citizenship.
