    Hi guy first of all what a use ful forum

    I,m trying to help one of my friend they are going to apply for eeafp and they don,t know english very well anyway here are my questions.


    first q is : how much income do we need monthly to apply eeafp?
    second : how many months of pay slips will be good enough to apply for
    eeafp?

    actuly friend of mine he recently move to uk and he wanna apply eeafp for non eeu spouse.

    any kind help wii be really appreciate thanks.

    The European law says that there is no hard rule, but it depends on the circumstances. But if the income is so low that they can apply for benefits, that would probably be considered as too low. If they have 500 GBP per month left after paying the rent, that should be enough. If in doubt, make a list of expenses, and show that the budget works.

    Well, they would like to see three payslips, but actually you only need to prove employment. So you can apply before you get any payslip, with just the contract.
