    Hi again,
Also, i was advised my husband should have a employment offer, is that so? and how do i get one of those when he is in Ghana and i am in Uk?
Is it essential to oir application and not getting refused again? i dont want to appeal cause it will take forever, i would just like to go off my benefits, fix my housing contract and reapply.

Thank you for all help, liz

No - no employment offer is required to "exercise your treaty rights". It is enough that you are working.
