I am English and my partner is Brasilian we have an 8 month old daughter. I am currently living in the Uk and he (the Brasilian) is in Spain! He spent 5 months here, came back in July briefly and was refused entry to the UK in September. His visa in Spain is also about to expire. As a Brasilian in Europe he seems to have pretty much no rights. What can we do, we want to get married but just don´t know where to start - UK, Spain or Brasil??!!?? I am planning on going back to Spain asap to join him. Can anybody help?
