    I'm living in Uk from 2004 September and i had student visa upto now.
    As i've married to italian lady.i'm applying on Form EEA2 for residence card. would i be considered as home student or not.?

    Hello!

    Yes ,you can be allowed to be a Home Student,but its a tricky situation. It depends on the University.

    You can be a HOME Student,also only,if your wife is employed or self-employed and has proof for either.

    They will need to see your passport,MC,her employment status(maybe payslip),her ID or passport.
