✎ EN EEA2 or FMRS ?

    hello,
    am a non eea national, i have been in the uk for 3 years as student i finished my study this year my wife is from czech republic and has been working for the last 12 months in the same job and has been registred for the 12 months, i am going to apply for residence stamp, i was wondering if i should apply for FMRS application because she is part of A8 or shall i apply for EEA2 because she has been working under WRS for continous 12 months
    and shall we apply together for EEA1 and EEA2
    please i need some advice

    thank you very much for you help,
    by your answer it means that we should apply for EEA1 and EEA 2 together than, better than her applying first and after me sending her EEA1 in my file when applying for the EEA2, and by the way do i have to apply for FMRS because she is from the A8 or shall i apply for EEA2 strait away, because am on a student visa not fiance or mrriage
    if you answer my querie i would be gratefull

    If your wife is working, so you need to apply FMRS. If she didnt work and apply herself as self sufficient therefore you supposed to apply EE1/EE2 together.

    thank you very much kamila,
    i am a litle bit confused, i though once my wife has completed 1 continued year under the WRS, she was registred for a year, i could apply straith awy for EEA2 rather than FMRS, or once she has the EEA1 i could apply for EEA 2
    coild you please letme know what the bes option and the right with a bit more details
