it is free to apply! there's no charge. with regards to you overstaying in the UK, as long as you apply for you FMRS, you are classed legal in the country. if you don't apply and overstay then it is illegal. so, you will be staying legal here in the UK if you application is under consideration. you will also receive a letter stating that you can work and stay here until your application is decided.

    hope this helps.

    Hello dear
Thank you very much for your valuable information. I have some confusion that I would like to share with you. My wife compleated 12 months of work registration but last 3 months she did not work becouse it was an seasonal work. we move to poland for holiday. I mean to say she did work 9 months in worker registration certifcate and 3 months not. She has P60 for 2 years. I want to say will she have to work 3 months more to qualify residance permit ( EEA1) or she will have to work 12 months again under worker registration to satisfy the condition of 12 months contineous work.
Continous work under worker registration scheem restrict us to apply EEA1. thats why I am applying for FMRS insted of EEA2
    Thanks
