i m confused bout my future status in uk.
AT the moment i m over 21 n got Non EEA family permit with da same expirey date as my father does, its for 5 years I m livivng as dependant with my EEA national father though.i m planing to marry an overses student who is on student visa here in uk for 6 years.
My query is
1:if i marry to that student would i b still eligible for PR after 5 years?
2:could that student b able to switch student visa into 5 years residence permit and being considered dependant of my EEA national father?

Would b very much obliged for any guiadance

any other options i mean can he get leave to remain extention as a spouse up to the date as i got a non EEA family perment.
