Hello all,

I hope somebody can help me on this. I'm very stressed.

I'm a H1B holder in US. My husband and I have been married for 6 months and I decide to join him in UK (he is a british citizen).

I submitted a spouse visa application online at the end of July and recieved a note from the Embassy that my application was in process afew days later. Last Friday I called the customer service for an update and was told that my application had been referred back to the UK. Does anyone know what it means? or have similar experience? Why was it referred back to the UK? I'm worried.

Any help is appreciated.
