Hi everyone. Im a US citizen. The guy I am with is a UK citizen. We would like to marry within the next year or so, and reside in the UK as he is going to university there. My problem is I am in Europe as a nanny, cash in hand, with no work permit. The country I am in is not part of the EU and does not stamp passports. Thus, there is no way to tell how long Ive been here. Anyways, I will be here for the next year. He and I are visiting each other for weekends here and there in each others countries. However, I am not sure how to proceed, honestly. As in to whether to file for a Fiances Visa for the UK or get married elsewhere and do a spousal visa. And then, where do I file the papers at? Its late at night at the moment, so my brain is fried. But any other problems and then advice anyone could think of, Id really appreciate. Thank you very much.

I married my wife in louisiana, it makes life so easy to just do it in USA and get a spouse visa, and it only takes 1 week for the application to go through, i paid fastukpermit to prepare my wifes case, but to be honest after seeing what they did they just shoved all my documents into a certain order.
