✎ EN Asylum seeker with no real name

    hello, dear friends,
    I have a big problem and I please to all of you to help me. I am a failed asylum seeker in uk, I have been here for 8,5years(I am kurdish-iraqi), I have my girlfriend here(polish), we want get married, we wish go to poland for visiting her family.but here is a problem, when I just came to uk I told to home office my unreal name, surname and date of birth, :( I got ind and work permitted,what can I do now?
    can I go back to kurdistan and apply like a partner?but I can't show them I was in uk with her. Do I have any options more?
    please tell me what could I do now?
    I really need your help, please..

    I am not sure what you can do?
    If you go back home and get a passport that will be under your real name?Do you have any travel document?

    If I go home I will take my passport wich I left at home (that real one)before I came to uk.I could go home as volluntare with home office IND with my unreal name. I understand just now I mistaked, but I thought it will be more security.. Could I come back here like a new person?please help me ..

    You`d have to speak to a solicitor.
    Anything "outside" immigration rules is their domain.

    yes u can go back and get married there and come back to england very easy without needen any solicitore
