the EEA1 form is used to obtain residence permit which will allow an EEA national of one of the countries joined in 2004 (except for Malta and Cyprus) to work without further registering with the WRS.

EEA2 is used for non-EEA nationals to apply for residence permit as a family member of an EEA national which will allow them to have the same rights as their EEA husband or wife in the UK. prior to using either of these forms, the EEA national has to be regstered with the WRS and has to work for 12 continues months.

however, if the EEA national has not been registered with the WRS and has not completed the 12 months of employment, then the first thing to do is to register with the WRS. after registering with the WRS, then the spouse of the EEA national may wish to apply for a Family Member Residency Stamp using the FMRS form available at the HO website. This will allow the non-EEA national to have the same rights as his or her spouse.

    Kamila,

Is your husband here with you, and working? If yes to both, then both of you can apply for the EEA forms: you on EEA1 since you are the EEA National (and yes you can declare self sufficient on the grounds that your husband is working), and your husband on EEA2. Your husband will of course need to submit employment documentation to accompany the EEA applications. No need for the FMRS, this is only used to enter the UK the first time from overseas.

Now if you find work while the EEA forms are in process, or shortly after they get approved, you do not need to inform the IND office right away. What you do need to to do is register for the WRS, as this is a requirement for the new member states (which I read somewhere might be abolished soon, but currently still in effect). There is a sticky here on EEA forms that you nght find worthwhile to read.

As i understood that FMRS is not the same like Family permit(this we got when we entered to UK). Why my husband need Family Member Residents Stamp, is it same like EEA2 to get Residents Card?

    I dont understand this:
    Family Member Residence Stamp

If you are a national of one of the 8 relevant Accession States i.e. the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia (Cyprus and Malta are exempt), and you are in employment your non-EEA national family member(s) will not be eligible for a Residence Card unless you have completed 12 months continuous employment in the United Kingdom and are eligible for a Registration Certificate. However, if you have registered under the Worker Registration Scheme your non EEA national family members can apply for a family member residence stamp. Applications should be made on form FMRS .

Apologies for the confusion Kamila, I stand corrected and here is your timeline:

You and your spouse arrived here with your spouse on an EEA family permit. When the EEA family permit expires, your spouse applies for the FMRS (family member residence stamp) that is valid for 12 months, which is also in line with your requirement to have worked at least 12 months prior to (both of you) applying for the EEA1 (you) and EEA2 (spouse) residence cards.

When you find work, register right away for the WRS, as you will need the documentation that will be given to you on this for your future application for the EEA1 and 2 forms.

    Hope that was clearer.

I wrote INDpublicenquiries and got answer for my case that-

If you are applying on the basis of being self-sufficient, you need not
    apply on the FMRS form.

But still i don't understand that my husband cant get the Residence Stamp or he doesn't need it that we applying EEA2 for him anyway....

    Kamila,

Your post is very confusing now. What do you want to apply for and what do you currently have? Same question for your spouse? And provide some background info on yourelves (i.e. what nationality are you and your spouse).

    Sorry about confusion...

We came to UK 3 month ago with my husband (non EU)and me A8.
Still we didnt apply any forms anywhere. My husband working with his family permit and Im staying home with our daughter.
When my husband family permit expires, we will send EEA1 &EEA2 forms together to the HO. I read about FMRS , what confused me....
Im not registered WRS. So id like to fill the EEA1 form as self-sufficient person. We dont have to apply for the FMRS as i wrote above, what about Resident Stamp for my husband?
