I wish to share my expierence with all of you friends.
First of all i wish to thank all of the people who are involved in this forum specially the moderators for their guidence from time to time.
I am an Indian citizen and my wife is Hungarian. I came to (U.K) in 2005 as a student and then i left this country and went back to my fiance in Hungary. There we applied for marrige visa for the UK and we arrived here. My Marrige visa was valid till 23 May 2007 and i applied for FMRS on 22 April 2007. I read the topics submitted in this forum and they were really helpfull speciall sharing of the expierences etc.
I got my FMRS today afer Three and a half months. I think this was bit fast.

What i send along with my application was
1) Our marrige certificate ( my marrige took place in the UK)
2) My wife's Home office work registration certificate (WRS) ( she is citizen of Hungary i.e A8 nation )
3)Letter from employer of my wife
4)Bank balance of £3500
5)Original birth certificate of my wife and I.
6) Passports
7) My university certificate (i qualified my masters in the UK)

the other important thing is your sincerity in filling the form.
I filled every colum of the FMRS sincerely as i noticed that UK officials have the authority to refuse EEA1-2 or FMRS applications if you dont give any corect information.
My advice is dont hide anything and be true.

One more thing if you have Visa for any of Europeon country it helps in making your application strong.
