I'm in the middle of compiling the bits and pieces needed for mine and my fiance's (US) application so she can come to the UK and we can wed.

I understand the usual letters, possible deeds for the house we'll be staying in for the first 6 months, 3-6 months of payslips/statements (though I worry for the payslips as I'll have only been in my current job for the minimum three months by the time we put this application together.

After going through the various official sources, I just wondered if I could get a concise list of ALL the bits and pieces needed for all of this. One from a friendly face!

Thank you so much, and my only concern is that I'll have the minimum 3 months of payslips by the time we get round to get applying. I got made redundant back in Feb of this year, and for a month after that I went out to the States to meet her family and just spend time with her. I got back mid-March and spent pretty much 3 months looking for work.

I've only one payslip from the current job to my name so far, with my second coming tomorrow. The only other ones I have are from my previous job, but the months won't be consecutive as the last was dated back to Feb (when my previous employer shut down)

I pray the maximum 6 months worth won't be a requirement, as I don't think either she nor I could bare to sit this out another 3 months on top of the 1 & 1/2 we have remaining.

Please reassure!

I read that in the case of some applications there is the option of doing so online. Whats the relevance of this when concerning a fiance visa? I've been stroking my chin because I don't see how after amassing all that supporting documentation you'll be able to effectively provide it to the nice visa and CEOs.
