    Hi,
I am from Lithuania. My husband has EEA Family Permit, but it is finishing in the last days of August. He is working here in UK, but I am not and I never was working under Wroking Registration Scheme. I am financially sufficient because his salary is enought for us both.
What form we/he should fill to have a permision to live and to work here? We become confused from all these EEA1, EEA2 and FMRS.
And which form we should fill if I could be self employeed?

    Thanks a lot

    hi Triple H,

I saw this form. If I am not mistaken this form should be filled if I could be registered under working registration scheme, but I am not.
Maybe we need to fill EEA1 and EEA2?

Forms are not important what it is-all the relavant documents you may send. You may even not use any forms,we had people here that applied not using any!
My mistake  ,as you are not registered you could use EEA1 forms.
In any case you should write cover letter explaining your situation...e.g.where you work,if self-employed,relation to your partner, how long you have been together...etc.
You should do it soon as his Family Permit is just about to expire.

    Hi!
I have almost the same situation as you...we came here just 2 month ago and my husband working and im not(im the new member state and my husband non-Eu) You should apply EEA1 form as self sufficient person and your husband filling EEA2 form.
To be self sufficient, you need husband payslips and bank statement.
Did you apply for any benefits from the government?

Can somebody advise, how much fund have to have to approve self-sufficiency???
