Hello, everybody Im french and I live and work in Ireland (Shannon), my wife is Malgache nationalized and she actually live in Madagascar, I would like to bring her with me in ireland but I don't know how to do ? NB : I dont want bring her in france. someone told me that she should have her RESIDENT CARD but in france to get it you have to be married for 2 years !! and I don't want bring her to france, and in madagascar there isnt embassy or consulat of ireland.....do you have some advice to give me please, I really need help guys thanks by advance Mark
I wouldnt advise you to do that.There is a big problem at the moment obtaining residence for non EU partners of EU citizens.Irish goverment has introduced different requirements then most of the other EU countries. See pm.
