    Hi, I'm EEA (A8) national myself. My wife is from Belarus and has just got an EEA family permit until the 20th of December. We plan to go to the UK in July, then head to Paris for 4 days and back to the UK. Is EEA family permit treated like multientry clearance?

    One more question, according to fantastic Belarus legal acts she has to change her passport into Citizen's living abroad passport which takes around 5 months, could be done in the UK. But then again, should she apply for another residence stamp in her new passport when changed?

    She could always carry 2 passports. ;) :lol:

    Transfer of conditions is not a concept in European law. If you have obtained a new passport and wish to have confirmation of your status endorsed in your new passport you will have to make a fresh application submitting evidence confirming that you still qualify for the confirmation that you seek.
