my daughter is dual nationality by desent, would she be able to work in the uk if she went over to visit and would she need a visa ?

 

My daughter is an American holding a us passport. There is no indication on her passport that she is dual by descent. What does she have to do in order to live with her relatives in Scotland and work. She is 17, graduated 1 year earlier so will go to school when she returns to the USA. She does not have a college in mind so is not enrolled. She may wish to attend college in Scotalnd if financial aid was considered. Can you please give me as much info on this as possible She will be leaving for Scotland in August Thanks
