    Hi,
I really hope somebody can help me. I am a Chinese girl and my boyfriend is British. We met up each other in China two months ago, we had a great time. After my boyfriend was back to UK, then we talk about to get married in China this year. He plans to take all documents for applying marriage visa when he comes back to China to marry me.
    However, he got some problems.
    1. He has been ill last year, therefore no income til now ( he was proffisional golf trainer)
2, He got disabilty benefical every month due to his illness.

As application visa which required P65, payslip, he does not have it, and he also receive benefical from goverment.

Please give advise, do you think there is a chance to get a marriage visa if we married in this case. If it is possable, what do we need to do regards all documents. Should he stop his benefical and get a job it means to have income. He got some savings in USA, if he transfers money to his UK account, do you think it is ok even he receive benefical, no income for time being. He also try to get a spouseship letter for his golf career with £12k, do you think this letter will instand his employee contract letter as he is not very well now, no be able to work now.

Thank you very much for your help!!

    Real Issue

His benefits will be one of the issues, the length of time you have known each other is a huge red flag to the consulate. Under a year and they scrutinize the application heavily. He is going to need 2 - 3 paystubs and an employment contract. Also, evidence of savings, accommodation( not provided by the government) Maybe you should wait a few months around 6 ish b4 applying.
