i m writting here to ask about the EEA family permit and i wish to get an answer as soon as possible from a person who have exprience with this EEA family and if i can contact this person to get more information .
this is my sitution , i m a Tunisian man 22 years old and i m now in Poland from 3 months with a visitor Visa to my Polish girlfriend her parents sent for me a sponsorship and i m living with my girlfriend she is 20 years old and her parent from 14 March 2007 and we love each other our plan is that we will back to Tunisia to marry in the Middel of MAY and after some days we will appply for EEA family permit cause both of us have a letter of job in RESTURANT IN Scotland this job start at 4 June 2007 . we are worried so much about this marriage of convince maybe the britsh embassy in Tunisia will make problems for this all what we have is our pictures here in Poland before marriage pictures for us together and pictures with her parent and her parent can write paper to confrim that me and my girlfriend was iving together in the same house with them and that they agree our marriage in Tunisia . that is all what we have . so please i want advice from some one have exprience and some advice from some poeple .about my application this is the papers that e have for our application for the EEA family permit :

- acte of marriage in Tunisia
- Pnae resarvation to Scotland for me and my wife with the date 28 May
- Declaration from my Polish wife that we re traveling together
- letter of job for me in a resturant in Scotland this letter saying that my wages is 214 pound par week include food and accomodation date to start the job is 4 June , letter for my Polish wife from the same employer and excately like my letter the date to start the job is 4 June
- National Inusrance number of my wife and her worker Card resigestration (cause my polish wife she worked in Scotland the last year for 7 months and she left Scotland at DECEMBER 2006 she is waiting her tax return )
-bank atestation from my wife account from a Polish bank says that she have 3000 USD
-bank atestation from my account from a Tunisian bank says that i have 2000 USD
- pictures for me and my wife before getting marriage this pictures are in Poland and pictures for me and my wife with her parent before we get married, pictures of marriage pictures with me and my wife and my parents in Tunisia
-declrration from my wife s parents saying that me and her we were living togethr in Poland in her parents house for period of 3 months before get married in Tunisia and that they agree our marriage in Tunisia.

that is all what we can provide and what we have we just want to start our life together but we are sooooooo worried that we will not get this EEA family permit specialy cause of this marariage i dont konw really i need your advice and opnion and if it is ok to provide this declartion from her parents that they saying that we were togethr in the same place ....?

thanks for the reply the reality that we wil not marry in the church but in Tunisia an officail marriage at the office of marriage with 2 witennes for this marriage i have got 2 letters from the office of forgiengers affiars of Poland here in the adresse in Polanc where i m living with the parents of my girlfriend (futur wife in same days ) and we have some pictures for me my girlfriend and her parents here in Poland before marriage and i m here in Poland from 14 March till now we will back in Tunisia at 10 May to marry then we will aply for this EEA family permit then we can provide pictures with our marriage and pictures with me and her and my parents in Tunisia we will aplly fast cause we have both 2 letters of jobs in the same resturant to start work together at 4 june . this my MSN if some one can help me with his exprience and with more details and advices askayeed@yahoo.pl thanks and i wait more answers and more details
