    hi expert im just wondering if i,can apply for leave to remain soon or not? been married for 5 years this june coming and i,am been holding residence permit from 4 years now. so any one have any idea if i get ready to apply for leave to remain yet or not ? thank you very much for your help .     You probably have to apply together for permanent residence,just before your 5 year residence expires.
