hi i am wondering if any one can help me i am already married in the uk to a women from the uk but we are considering moving to chicago early next year, but the question we have is how is the best way of going about it as the uk dont qualify for the green card lottery so we was wondering if any one could give us some help please

we have already enquired about the H1 but there is also a b5 as well that we have applied for but that aint worked either
