Try telforce/midas telecom

I use midas telecom 4c/min to uk. Much cheaper than telefonica and all you bills are in english

ALO communications is worth a look too. Also English speaking if that's what you need.

 

Mobile calls cheaper

I had a look at www.universalsim.net for cheaper calls but that is from a mobile.(their site keeps going up and down as well never a good sign) ADSL can be made cheaper with things like www.onspeedspain.com which speeds up slower connections but most other telecom companies treat expats better than telefonica treat anyone worst bunch of misfits in spain.

would www.onesuite.com work between spain and the uk? i use them all the time to make calls from US to everywhere I have a friend. and it's really really cheap.

This is an important ? for me too, since i'm moving soon to paris to be with my boyfriend. so i'll be making calls from there instead of the US for awhile.

anyone know the answer to that question. their a great co. and i'd love to keep using them.

tell your parents or firends to call you instead if they have free bundled o2 minutes in UK

Dial the access number below and
Then dial the full international number (beginning with 00, then your country code) followed by hash key.

If they dont have free minutes they still can call you 3-5p/per minute

I can recommend www.talk4less.es for cheap national and international phone calls from Spain. Call charges vary depending on your own telephone or mobile phone provider but you can make calls to the UK from 2 cents per minute.

I personnaly use www.losminutosdirect.com for my phone calls.
I just dial an access number, ie 901 667 887 to call spain for 0.02e a minute or 902 900 301 to call england for 0.04e a minute.

I registered to their newsletter and they often send me discounts on my calls.

you don't have to register or give your bank details, you're directly charged on your phone bills and I never had any problems with the amount.
