help!! US citizne living in UK

Can I just clarify are you living in the UK at present? How long have you been married? Where did you get married? Once I know the answers to these I'll see if there is any advice for you

 

dude, move to the UK to be with your baby. dont waist your time in getting her to the states. if money and time are no object... then yes move to the states. if money and time are an issue, it would be much much easier for you to move to the uk. it takes months and months for the visa to go through in the states. if you are american and have a baby in the uk, it would much easier to come uk. i can help you if you would like. i am no expert but, i am american living in the uk with my english husband. i have been here a year. nothing is straight forward with either.
