    (sorry if my english is bad but I'm french)

    I want to know if an under 18 years old person can bring cigarettes in Calofornia ? And if it's not an american can he smoke ?

    Legally

    you can't buy or possess cigs in the us unless you're 18 or over. but if you're bring them into the country on your person, i doubt anyone will bother you.
