    Hello
I am a British citizen and have lived all my live outside the UK (Venezuela).
My sister is born there and doesn't have the British nationnallity as both parents are Venezuelan as well.
I moved here last year and I have settled down with my husband and kids. I wonder if, as a British citizen, I can apply with the same rights that seem to have EU citizens living here as I would like to bring my sister.
I have checked the Home Office website and found that Europpeans living here are entitled to bring their relatives but could not find how to make an application for a British relative.
She is a doctor and has a complete knowledge of English languaje as it was the languaje spoken at home. Maybe she could also apply under the scheme for Doctors and nurses ?

I do appreciate all the help you can give me.
