    Hi,

    Can someone help me,please?
i am EU national (lithuanian), i have been here for 3.5 years, have been employed since then. I met my partner who is not eu national (overstayer for 5 years now) we have been living together for the past 3 years, and we just had a baby 2 month ago. I would like to know the right way to go about getting him to live with me leagally. should we apply from here or his own country?
please advise me as soon as you can.
    Thanks

I dont know much about system "outside immigration" rules.Solicitors could help you with that if you try to apply within UK under EU law.
Otherwise, if application is lodged from outside the UK he would need Family Permit.
