Hi all,

Im a UK citizen and in January I intend to fly out to the US to marry a US citizen. We are then coming back to the UK to live,work etc

We know we have to fly out to LA to apply for our spousal visa after the wedding but we have no idea what documentaion will be required when we get there.

Im guessing marriage certificate, passports, birth certificates but does anyone have a comprehensive list of what might be asked for ? or what might make it easier ?

that info seems to be for the fiancee visa....is it the same ?
