hello
am writing to inqure of the next step to take after being turn down by the britsh embassy austria for an eea family permit.i got married to my wife this year who is britsh nationality and am gannia by nationality,they said i can not apply for a family permit bcos am an asylum seeker in austria .that i ve to be leagalise by the austria government b4 i can apply.my wife has come down from in england with my step daughter to live with me here in austria but cld not get a job and my step daughter is finding it difficult 2 cope in sch cos she cant understand deutch so i decided they should go back pls advice me off what to do next,the ausria govt wld not legalise me cos my wife is not working here they said i ve to deal with the britsh govt and not them i thougt of appealing against the decision of the ECO but i was not issued a refusal notice what can i do next
