    hey there

    i have just a quick enquiry:::

    my wife applied for an eea family permit
    she called the embassy to enquire about her application the lady told her that entery clearance officer is taking advice from the consul or somethin like that then my wife asked would they interview me she said no i dont think so because they should have done so but all your papers are full...

    now my question???
    im a bit worried why the officer reffered it to the consul?

    is that mean they will issue her the visa or there is somethin wrong??!!!!

    Family permit can be issued regardless.

    If you are a national of one of the 8 relevant Accession States i.e. the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia (Cyprus and Malta are exempt), and you are in employment your non-EEA national family member(s) will not be eligible for a Residence Card unless you have completed 12 months continuous employment in the United Kingdom and are eligible for a Registration Certificate. However, if you have registered under the Worker Registration Scheme your non EEA national family members can apply for a family member residence stamp. Applications should be made on form FMRS , available on this website, and sent to the address detailed on the form.

    well im only worried that they might refuse my wife without interviewin her
    becasue she said that the lady said that they will not interview her....

    about the wrs, yes i know im gonna register once she is here straight up, and after i get it she will apply for fmrs as far as i know it doesnt take long to get the wrs
    i didnt do it cus i needed my passport and i was busy all the time workin well i guess once she is here we we'll do it together all what i want now is to see my wife and i feel everythin will be sorted once she is with me




    thanks again triple H, well as i said im worried about refusin her without even an interview cus the lady said that all papers are correct she doesnt have to be interviewed....
