hi there, I am a German citizen working and living in london. I have recently married a South African citizen in South Africa and we have moved back to the UK. We applied for a eea family permit in south africa and received a temporary one, its only valid until november. we were told that we must extend it once we are here. i have called so many companies and have received so many different replies as to how this is done and what we require. could anyone please tell me what i need to apply for an extension for my wife. What do i need ?

. Bank statements from both of us ?
. letters of employment from both of us ?
. Rent agreement ?
. marriage certificate ?

i have been given conflicting information from three different companies and this has left me totally confused. i just want to apply and get this worry out of my head.
