Hi guys,

Now i am probably being a bit stupid but i can find anything relating to my situation so can someone help me out?

I am a British Citizen, living in South Africa (on a holiday visa - just got married to my South African fiance!) My family (parents, brothers, sisters etc.) are moving to Ireland in June 2007 and we would really like to join them, if possible before they actually leave to give them a head start.

I understand that this is not a problem for me, but what are the rules regarding my spouse? (since he's obviously a non-eea citizen) Can we go togther?

And if so, where do I start??
