✎ EN Worker Registeration scheme n eea family permit

    hey there


    my wife is going to apply for an eea family permit this month and im not yet registered with the worker registeration scheme but iim working and i have sent my wife a letter from my employer and payslips, work contract and all the documents required
    but my question is::::

    does my wife have the right to apply for the eea family permit even that im not registered or she will be rejected???

    Your wife can apply anytime .You dont need to be registered.
    Send all your documents though,pay slips,bank statments accommodation contract...etc.
