I'm non EU married to a EU (lithuanian)
He just got registered with worker registration scheam
If i want to work do I need to get registered with that scheam as well?
And one more question
I gave birth to a baby I'm Buelorussian My husband Lithuanian We wont a child to be lithuanian Do we need to sort her states right now (to get her lithuanian passport?)

May i ask another question:are we eligible to get any benefits(like council house, child benefit, child tax credit...)?My husband works.
I don't, I take care of the baby at the moment.

As far as i understood, I'm exempt from registration.

I wrote to you before:"My husband just applied for WRS" You gave me advice to apply for FMRS and after 1 year we apply for EEA1 and EEA2 What is polskasweetie talking about EEC1 & EEC3?What are they for?
Are we going to apply for the right form?

I was also asking question about benefits.
