    HI,
    I am a New Zealander and am living in France. I am in a PACS relationship with my French girlfreind.
    I am wanting to work in the UK for a short term contract of 7 months. My girlfriend is French and is able to work in the UK.

    Am I able to work in the UK because I am in a PACS relationship with a EEA person?


    I couyld applay for a visa but would need to fly back to New Zealand. I am not too keen to do this because I am busy working in France.

    I have a Carte de Sejour (French residency card which allows me to work)

    We have been in PACS for 4 months only but have been together for 3 years.
