Hi, I'm new to this board... I am a US citizen married to a UK citizen, living in London, and I need to renew my spouse's visa in October 2006. My question is, should I do it by post, or in person? Assuming cost is not an issue, does anyone have advice? What was your experience?

    Thanks,
    Spaetzle

Yes, please can someone answer this question. Is applying in person better than post?

    Anyone?

I did it in person with my husband. I just wanted it to be over in one day because I know by post it can take ages. I had all documents ready plus my husband was with me. So in the end it was quite easy.
    Good luck.
