Hello all, I have some questions regarding EEA1&EEA2 application and supporting documents.

I am a non-EEA citizen (Japanese) married to an EEA (Irish) citizen. I entered UK in february this year with EEA Family Permit and am now about to apply for Residence Pemit for my EEA spouse and Residence Document for myself.

My spouse is self-employed, and the application form states 6 types of documents (a lease on business premises/Contracts/Bank Statements/Invoices/Audited accounts/NI contribution card) to be provided as evidence. In our circumstances, however, we can only submit invoices (and its receipts), NI contribution and his own company registration (photocopy). And my spouse is refusing to provide his bank statements or accounts (nothing suspicious though, he just doesn't want to and will not give in). We will try open our joint account this weekend and hopefully provide its details. But, I am so worried naturally if those documents will be enough to convince HO. If anyone has had the similar experience or information regarding this matter, please advise.

Also, does anyone know whether my job offer letter would be any help to our applications?

I have got only a few weeks until my permit expires, so this is kind of urgent! Many thanks in advance.
