I'm wondering if anyone can help.

I am a French national living in the UK with my New Zealand partner, who is currently on a working holiday visa.

Whilst we're umarried, we've been living in a relationship akin to marriage for 5 years.

The Home Office have suggested we fill in an EEA2 form for her visa, but I'm just a bit confused and wondering if anyone, who has been in the same situation, can help me with the following questions

1.) There's nowhere in the form that makes reference to 'unmarried parners, who've lived together for 2+ years. It only seems to mention married partners or dependent children. If anyone could explain this to me that'd be hugely appreciated.

2.) Are there any issues with us making this application from the UK?

    Thanks
    Chris
