I am from the UK but now live in USA with my wife and 3 children.
We wish to go back to the UK, and look after my elderly parents whose health as deteriortated over the last year or so. One is bed ridden, the other just diagnosed with Cancer.
I know my wife needs a spousal visa, what do my kids need?
When we arrive there, I read that my family won't be able to recieve any benefits even though my wife will be helping me look after my two parents. How long does this last for?
Will they be allowed medical treatment?
What happens if my wife gets pregnant while we are there, how does her status change?
Is there help for us if we are looking after my parents fulltime, other than carers allowance.
As I am moving there and not getting a job, what would I need to show funds wise so that I can show I can support my family, so my wife's visa application doesn't get rejected?

Not sure if you know the answers to all the questions, but any help is better than none.

    Ty and Regards,

You will add your children on your wife's spousal visa as dependants. She will apply on their behalf for the visa. Only one set of forms is needed.

You personally, as a british citizen, will be allowed to claim benefits, but your wife will not. You can claim child benefits, etc.

Health Care run through the NHS is available to your family upon arrival.

Should you have a child whilst in the UK, your child will be a British Citizen, but your wife's status will not change.

You will need to show lots of evidence of accomodation, and funds if you do not plan on working. Both you and your wife would be eligible to work as soon as you touched down on British Soil.

I hope that helped at least a little bit. You should apply normally hence forth, :)
